I am an Automation Engineer at Hi-Con Technocast Pvt. Ltd., having transitioned from my initial role in Production Planning & Control (PPC). Combining classical mechanical principles with Industry 4.0 tools, I design smart, data-driven systems that streamline assembly floor monitoring, reduce paper logs, and optimize predictive maintenance workflows.
My core competencies include engineering industrial IoT dashboards for real-time telemetry, deploying RFID-based tracking systems for identification, and automating manual shop floor reporting using Excel VBA. I focus on converting raw manufacturing logs into visual dashboards that enable plant supervisors to make fast, accurate operational decisions.
